Trading Perspectives Gulf Cooperation Council

The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, known as the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), is a regional intergovernmental political and economic union consisting of all Arab states of the Arab Gulf, except for Iraq.

Overdue payments continue to be a concern for corporates and insurers alike in the GCC. The region is, in general, still seeing the effects of a cash crunch which began in 2015 with corporate lending still tight.

Aon’s new Trading Perspectives report has a focus on the GCC market; our in-depth risk analysis includes perspectives from our team on the ground, who are on the pulse of local market dynamics and macro-economic trends.
