At Aon Hewitt we understand that organisations want to offer their employees a top-rated administration service for their KiwiSaver scheme and superannuation funds.

Aon Hewitt is philosophically committed to workplace savings, including KiwiSaver and registered employer sponsored superannuation schemes. There has been a trend towards the winding-up of stand-alone schemes and the move to Master Trusts coupled with the introduction of KiwiSaver. While other providers have channelled workplace savings schemes into Master Trusts, Aon Hewitt seeks to support the most cost effective and preferred option desired by Trustees and Employers.

Our flexible approach is illustrated by the diversity of schemes we administer, the businesses and people that are our clients. In New Zealand, Aon Hewitt currently administers 60 schemes including 22 KiwiSaver Schemes, 9 Complying Superannuation Funds and 14 Defined Benefit Schemes. The schemes administered have a combined membership of approximately 120,000 members.

Our administrative service is New Zealand based and is made up of our highly skilled administration staff, supported by our actuarial and investment consulting teams. Technical expertise and innovation with regard to systems and system management ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
