Séminaire Aon Hewitt - EChr 30 septembre : Managing People Risk in Global Organisations


On behalf of the European Club for human resources (EChr) and Aon Hewitt, we are pleased to invite you to the forthcoming seminar devising risk management policies and practices in global organisations.
Risk within an organization is generally defined as the threat that an event, a trend, an action or the lack of action will adversely affect the organization strategy, its operations or performance, carrying through financial losses. The objective of risk management is to identify, assess and resolve risk issues before they become threats. In the current business environment risk management is under constant evolution. Although widely used in general project management, production chain, finance, and marketing, the risks associated to people management and their assessment are not often embedded yet into HR policies and practices. The European Club for HR considers that there is a need for the HR function to become fully part of the overall risk management program.
The seminar is articulated around two practical sessions involving risk managers, HR professionals and business analysts with a view to provide fresh insight on corporate best practices, metrics and tools that contribute to operationalise effective risk management policies throughout the organization. The seminar is addressed in particular to human resources directors, benefit managers, risk officers, legal counsel and compliance officers, and corporate secretaries.
