How well communicated are the benefits provided to internationally mobile employees?

Mobile employees are an important talent group for global organizations. Using well developed policies, these valued employees are offered generous benefits, rewards and comprehensive tax and relocation support during assignments to maintain retention. However, organisations often report that their mobile employees have little understanding of the true value of the retirement and employee benefits provided to them - mainly due to a lack of information and support available to mobile employees.
