Following the success of our previous Masterclasses, Aon is delighted to invite you to the 2026 Energy Masterclass: Energy Risk & Insurance.
This year’s program has been enhanced to offer a more engaging and hands-on learning experience, tailored for professionals in the energy sector. Over 3.5 days in Singapore, participants will deepen their understanding of the energy insurance market, including the role of the broker and the unique underwriting considerations insurers apply to energy operations.
The course is designed specifically for Aon clients in the oil and gas industry who are looking to strengthen their knowledge of insurance and risk management within the energy sector.
What to Expect
At the heart of the Masterclass is an immersive role-play experience. Attendees will step into the role of an Aon broker, working in teams to analyse, design, and place risk solutions for a fictitious client. The program culminates in team presentations to an esteemed panel of industry leaders, giving participants a unique opportunity to test their skills, sharpen their insights, and learn from real-world feedback.
Alongside the competition, participants will benefit from:
- Interactive sessions covering core areas such as business interruption, carbon capture & storage, offshore construction, control of well, and claims lifecycle
- Broker–underwriter role-play, contract drafting, and underwriting submission exercises
- Insights from leading underwriters, risk engineers, and loss adjusters across Asia
- Networking opportunities in Singapore — one of Asia’s most dynamic insurance hubs
