SYDNEY, 1 May 2023 - Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today announced it has strengthened its People Solutions offering in Australia, integrating its existing Human Capital Solutions, health and benefits, Wealth Solutions and workplace risk capabilities.
The combined People Solutions practice draws expertise across the breadth of workplace risks and issues to support organisations navigating new forms of volatility and helping their decision-makers make better workforce decisions.
Workforce risk is a key issue, and in Aon’s most recent Global Risk Management Survey, the war for talent remains a top risk, listed among the top five concerns for Australian businesses.
Head of People Solutions Simon Kennedy said the combined practice linking Aon’s long-standing capabilities will assist organisations to attract, retain, protect and sustain the workforce needed to grow, navigate change and embed resilience.
