Claudio Feser

Claudio is a Senior Partner Emeritus and a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company. He serves as chairman of the supervisory boards of Greenreb Holding and of Flaschenpost Services, as a member of the Supervisory Board of Enzian Health, and as a member of the Advisory Board of AON M&A and Transaction Solutions. Further, he is a member of the Executive Education Committee and of the Senate Committee for Continuing Education of the University of St. Gallen.

Claudio is also an educator. He lectures innovation, company transformation, and leadership at both undergraduate and graduate level at both the University of St. Gallen and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH).

Claudio has authored four books – Super Decisions: The Neuroscience of Making Decisions in Dynamic and Uncertain Times, Leadership at Scale: Better Leadership, Better Results, When Execution Isn’t Enough: Decoding Inspirational Leadership, and Serial Innovators: Firms that Change the World – and several articles and teaching cases on company adaptation, innovation, strategy and leadership.

He is married and father of two sons (30, 28). He enjoys reading and writing, sports, wine-making, and spending time with friends.
