Senior HR Roundtable Lunches

We’re delighted to have been working with HR in Law, the network for human resources professionals in the legal sector, since 2009, to bring sector-specific research and insight to our law firm clients.
Employee Benefit Focus Group
We believe that knowledge is more powerful when it’s shared, which is why we provide a great support network for HR professionals within the legal sector. The industry is changing all the time, as are benefit opportunities and Government legislation.
Working in partnership with HR in Law, we facilitate employee benefit focus groups. They’re an indispensable way for our clients to stay on top of the most relevant issues, to help make the best choices for their team and their business.

The Employee Benefits Survey takes a comprehensive view of benefits provision in the legal sector, across all areas of health and wellbeing, financial education, pensions, voluntary benefits, agile working and more.
Portus Consulting, now an Aon company, has been running these biennial Surveys with HR in Law since 2009. We break the data down to give you specific details on how both UK and US firms are handling their benefits, giving great insight that supports benchmarking and helps firms plan an effective benefits strategy.
HR in Law run professional briefings, networking events, and the annual HR in Law Awards which recognise the very best people achievements across the industry. We are proud to support HR in Law events throughout the year.
Employee Benefits Research
We go the extra mile to really understand the perception of benefits within the industry, and research is a big factor in supporting this. As well as our biennial survey of employee benefits and trends in the legal sector, which we conduct with our specialist partners HR in Law, we undertake Partner surveys, research into flexible and agile working, online benefits and financial wellbeing.
Our research findings help us to understand the industry and generate valuable benchmarking, allowing firms to measure the competitiveness of their benefits and identify trends in what is offered to both professional and support staff. The data is also valuable in helping firms to shape and develop their benefit programmes.
Survey of Employee Needs and Perceptions
We provide this service for many of our clients, who find their employees really value the confidentiality of using an outside agency. Their honest responses are then used to change behaviours and develop an engaging benefits programme.
