In Aon’s Taiwan 2025 Retirement Trends Study, our survey findings reveal employers are Prioritizing Supplemental Retirement Plans as Critical Tools for Talent Attraction and Retention. 54% of survey participants are now offering these benefits — an impressive increase since our last study in 2020 which showed 26%. This trend illustrates a strategic shift toward comprehensive benefits packages, as companies move beyond traditional compensation methods to differentiate themselves in the competitive talent landscape.
