Aon hosts the inaugural Maritime Risk Summit in Perth


Perth, 29 March 2019 - Aon (NYSE:AON), the leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions, is hosting its inaugural Maritime Risk Summit in Perth from 10-11 April 2019.

The summit sets to explore a world where volatility and unpredictability are the new paradigm and discuss the inherent challenges in ‘Navigating Risk in a Volatile World’.

Held at The Vines Resort in Perth, the summit will bring together risk and insurance leaders from the across the maritime industry to explore ways to improve risk management in an increasingly complex environment. Sessions will cover a range of highly topical issues including the use, regulation, risk and insurance of drones in the maritime, energy and oil & gas sectors; blockchain; P&I loss prevention; charterers liability; cyber; and seafarers legislation, regulatory reform and compliance.
