Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today announced the expansion of its global capability centre in Bengaluru with a new facility at The Earth Centre by Vista Spaces in Whitefield.
India serves as a core hub for Aon, bringing together deep talent, advanced Risk Capital and Human Capital capabilities and scalable infrastructure to help the firm deliver integrated solutions and experiences globally. Aon’s capability centres in India include Bengaluru, Noida and Gurgaon and collectively support the firm’s global operations, while its client-facing offices in 17 other cities, including Mumbai and Delhi deliver locally relevant solutions.
As Aon continues to operate as one connected global firm, its Global Capability Centres in India and selected European and Latin American markets play a critical role in enabling integrated delivery across Risk Capital and Human Capital. They support the firm’s ability to operate at scale, connecting capabilities across markets and helping drive more consistent, high-quality outcomes globally.
