A physician with business management and public health experience who has delivered benefits in the field of health promotion, market development and strategic consulting to both private and public organisations.
His career over 17 years includes assignments at hospitals, insurers, (re)insurers, public health research firms and employee benefit consultants. He has a keen interest in understanding human behavior and its role in health-related decisions.
Amanda Mercep
Amanda Mercep
Head of Wellbeing Solutions, North Asia
Amanda is a public health professional with more than 11 years of experience in corporate wellbeing in both private and NGO settings. Her expertise lies in employee engagement, programme design / implementation, marketing and communications, vendor management, wellness capital projects, environmental health and business continuity planning.
Previously, Amanda was Vice President, Wellness for Goldman Sachs, where she was responsible for advancing the employee value proposition as well as developing resilience initiatives. Prior to that, Amanda held community and corporate health director roles at the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society in New York.

Erica Stein
Communications Manager, Health Solutions, APAC
Erica has seven years of healthcare communications experience, with an integrated background that includes strategy and planning, messaging and content development, media relations, social and digital media, and internal communications.
Prior to joining Aon, she led market- and region-wide strategic communications activities for multinational healthcare, corporate, and education clients at Edelman Hong Kong. Prior to that, she worked for Ogilvy’s Social Change practice in Washington, DC, building campaigns that leveraged communications and behaviour change strategies to inspire public health and wellbeing.
