Krystal has over 10 years of experience in employee wellness. She specialises in wellness consulting where she designs wellness solutions for clients as well as partnering with market leading providers to match clients with support that delivers results. As a Wellbeing Leader, she is passionate about the education of mental wellness in the corporate sector as well as an advocate for women’s health and wellness.
Prior to working in Singapore, Krystal was in mental health consulting in the US. Major part of her work included being a spokesperson for mental health at local and regional health conferences, giving talks and facilitating workshops for employees on topics ranging from stress management to women’s health issues. She was an on-site crisis support consultant to large tech companies. Besides her corporate work, during her clinical practice, she delivered cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and solutions-focused therapy to adult and adolescent clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and adjustment problems, such as anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship problems.
Krystal holds a Clinical Psychology Masters degree from Azusa Pacific University, California.

Hellena has more than 10 years of experience across a spectrum of complementary roles in integrative health, insurance, cancer care, and management consulting which provides her with a diverse skillset and strong understanding of how to advance wellbeing initiatives that meet client organisational goals.
With a background in psychology, nutrition, and health coaching, Hellena enjoys leading discussions about how to drive initiatives across wellbeing advisory, provider management, and wellbeing analytics.

Erica SteinCommunications Manager, Wellbeing Solutions, APAC

Erica has approaching 10 years of healthcare communications experience, with an integrated background that includes strategy and planning, messaging and content development, media relations, social and digital media, and internal communications.
Prior to joining Aon, she led market- and region-wide strategic communications activities for multinational healthcare, corporate, and education clients at Edelman Hong Kong. Prior to that, she worked for Ogilvy’s Social Change practice in Washington, DC, building campaigns that leveraged communications and behaviour change strategies to inspire public health and wellbeing.
