Thank you for your interest in the 2019 Aon/ASHRM Hospital and Physician Professional Liability Benchmark Study. This study will be the 20th edition of the report and we are very excited to have you be a part of it. Your confidential participation helps us to produce reliable estimates of liability costs for the health care industry. As a participant, you will receive an advance, free electronic copy of the report prior to its release at the ASHRM Annual Conference in October 2019.

To participate in the 2019 benchmark report, please do the following:

1. Download the Consent Form/Survey and the Data Submission Instructions.
2. Complete the Consent Form/Survey and submit all data per the instructions to [email protected]. All submissions must be received by Wednesday, June 12, 2019.

Note: Participation is open to Aon and Non-Aon Clients. The Consent Form/Survey is required by all participants. If you are an Aon client, feel free to work with your Aon contact directly to assist you in submitting data.
