21st Annual Edition

Thank you for your interest in the 2020 Aon/ASHRM Hospital and Physician Professional Liability Benchmark Study. This study will be the 21st edition of the report and we are honored to have you be a part of it. Your confidential participation helps us to produce reliable estimates of liability costs for the health care industry. As a participant, you will receive an advance, free electronic copy of the report prior to its release at the ASHRM Annual Conference in October 2020.

To participate in the 2020 benchmark report, please do the following:

1. Indicate your consent to participate in the 2020 benchmark and answer a brief risk management survey via this Survey Monkey link:

2. Download the Submission Instructions document and submit your data to [email protected].
