We hope that you’re well and staying safe. Thank you for your interest in the 2021 Aon/ASHRM Hospital and Physician Professional Liability Benchmark Report. This year’s study will be the 22nd publication and we are honored to have you be a part of it. Your confidential participation helps us to produce reliable estimates of liability costs for the healthcare industry. As a participant, you will receive an advance, free electronic copy of the report prior to its release at the ASHRM Annual Conference in October 2021.

To participate in the 2021 benchmark report, please do the following:

1. Indicate your consent to participate in the 2021 benchmark and answer a brief risk management survey via this Survey Monkey link:

2. Download the Submission Instructions document and submit your data to [email protected].
    
3. Please also participate in the interim survey released on March 10, 2021 that seeks to analyze the impact of current insurance market conditions on purchasing behavior. This analysis will also be included in the benchmark report. This survey can be accessed via the following Survey Monkey Link and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete:
