Aon Benfield is currently recruiting an Analyst (Strategy) to join Aon Inpoint, our strategy and operations consulting team in London. You will be primarily responsible for supporting senior members of project team in the delivery of Aon Inpoint client strategy engagements and will be responsible for the delivery of specific tasks within the project.

About the Role
As an Analyst within Aon Inpoint’s Strategy practice your key responsibilities will involve:
- Being an integral member of the client delivery team from project kick off, through data collection and analysis, practitioner interviews, recommendation development and report writing and delivery
- Analysing data to identify insights and sharing observations in a way that is easy to explain and understand through the preparation of charts/graphs/visual communication materials
- Working collaboratively in a team environment with colleagues and client personnel
- Communicating in a collaborative and client focused manner
- Identifying opportunities to work more efficiently and take on additional responsibility
- Demonstrating commitment to personal development
- Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
About you
As an Analyst (Strategy) your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Experience either within a (re)insurer or as a consultant to the industry
- Strong research and analysis skills – including data analysis and manipulation skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills – including report writing, spreadsheets and formulas
- Able to understand business models and processes
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Able to show initiative and demonstrate confidence
- Excellent attention to detail

- Creative, Innovative and Logical thinking
- Educated to Degree level (or equivalent)
