Aon Benfield is currently recruiting a Consultant (Strategy) to join Aon Inpoint our strategy and operations consulting team in London. You will be ready to lead a work stream in a small scale client strategy engagement and will often be responsible for both the identification of recommendations and the communication of those recommendations to the client.

About the Role
As a Consultant within Aon Inpoint’s Strategy practice your key responsibilities will involve:
- Being an integral member of the client delivery team from project kick off, through data collection and analysis, practitioner interviews, recommendation development and report writing and delivery
- Leading a workstream and partnering with external clients to develop processes, methodologies, and transition strategies that will lead to effective implementation of project recommendations
- Presenting deliverables to clients
- Working collaboratively in a team environment with colleagues and the client stakeholders
- Communicating in a collaborative and client focused manner
- Regularly identifying opportunities to work more efficiently and take on additional responsibility
- Demonstrating commitment to personal development
- Mentoring more junior Consultants and Analysts
- Being responsible for additional functions in support of Aon Inpoint success - e.g. data management, operations and compliance
- Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
About you
As a Consultant (Strategy) your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Strategy project experience either within a (re)insurer or as a consultant to the industry
- Client management skills – understand client objectives, manage expectations, understand project risks
- Project management skills - structuring, building and administering project plans clearly and simply
- Strong data analysis and manipulation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Able to understand business models and processes
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Effective and structured communication skills
- Able to show initiative and demonstrate confidence
- Creative, Innovative and Logical thinking
- Educated to Degree level (or equivalent)
