Our claims management and advisory teams, which include dedicated legal professionals, work closely with and can be integrated into our client service teams when needed. Our claims advocates are highly experienced in coordinating and supporting the claim process from start to finish.
Our legal and claims professionals facilitate several crucial activities and tasks, including:
- Helping clients and the brokerage team tackle the complex issues that may arise over the life cycle of an insurance program (including drafting policy language and monitoring new case law).
- Assisting with post-claim administration, including notice and communication management.
- Serving as the client’s advocate in coverage and claims negotiations with insurers.
- Following up for timely responses and coordination of information requests from insurers.
- Facilitating information sharing and meetings between insurers and our clients.
