Aon Risk Services, whether on its own behalf, and/or on behalf of an insurer and/or third parties, may utilize the internet, cloud services, or similar electronic means to make Evidence of Coverage documents (EOC) available to third parties for Aon’s clients. These terms inform You of your rights when we are delivering and you are accessing or receiving such documents from us electronically.

Policies

The EOC does not confer rights upon the accessor or recipient with respect to the policies described therein. The EOCs are not themselves insurance policies and do not amend, alter, or extend the coverages afforded by the proposed or placed policies. The policies identified on the EOC are in force as of the date printed on the EOC. Neither Aon nor the carrier has any obligation to notify the access or recipient of subsequent change or cancellation.

Restrictions on Use

You agree to use the Website solely for the use and benefit of your own organization, and not for resale or other transfer to, or use by or for the benefit of, any other person or entity. You may download material from the site and/or make print copies for use within your organization, provided that all copies retain all copyright and other proprietary notices, that you do not modify the EOC or other material in any way, and that you do not distribute any copies outside your organization. For users domiciled within the United States of America, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and, excluding conflicts rules, of the State of New York.
