smartHabits: a new way to help your employees think about money

We all have different ways of spending and managing money.

Aon’s smartHabits programme enables employees to become more aware of their own behaviour to money, and to be inspired to take action to improve their financial wellbeing.

Financial wellbeing is not linked to age, stage of life or income, but to behaviour and habits. Employers can introduce smartHabits to their employees to help reduce their financial stress and increase workforce resilience.

The smartHabits programme has been developed for all employees, and can be used in a single country, globally and multi-nationally. It includes:

  • Programme introduction and facilitation, including:
    • Live presentation delivered on site or virtually
    • Employee action planner
    • 8 live ‘bitesize’ virtual sessions
  • Suite of video episodes available to licence
  • Email templates to promote and distribute the programme
