Terms and Conditions

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. To enter the Aon Global Risk Management Survey 2018 Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”), you must complete a full submission to the Aon Global Risk Management Survey online via Aon.com (“Survey”) and provide your name and contact details, between October 10, 2018 at 12:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) and December 10, 2018 11:59pm ET (the “Entry Period”). You can also enter by post by sending a completed to survey to [address] providing your entry arrives within the Entry Period. Invitations to complete the Survey will be sent by email on or around October 10, 2018. You must receive the email invitation in order to enter the Prize Draw. Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. Entries received after the end of the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4. Six (6) winners will each win one (1) set of Bose QuietComfort 35 Wireless Headphones. The approximate retail value, including VAT or other sales taxes (“ARV”) of each prize is three hundred fifty United States Dollars ($350 USD) and the ARV of all prizes is twenty one hundred United States Dollars ($2,100 USD).

5. The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. All taxes and import duties and the like are the sole responsibility of the winners.

6. Only one (1) entry per person.

7. Entry is open to (i) individuals over the age of (18) years or the age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is older, on the date of entry, (ii) who are employed by a client or prospective client of Sponsor in the following capacities: Chief Financial Officer, Risk, Corporate Operations - Board Member, Corporate Operations - Chief Executive Officer,Corporate Operations - Chief Operating Officer, Finance - Chief Financial Officer, Finance - Treasurer, Human Resources - CHRO, Information Technology - Chief Information Officer, Legal - General Counsel, Risk Management - Health and Safety, Risk Management - Risk/Insurance, Sales and Marketing - Chief Marketing Officer, and (iii) receive an email invitation to complete the Survey during the Entry Period. Residents of Brazil, Hong Kong, Belgium, Singapore, Sweden, the province of Quebec in Canada, Tamil Nadu in India, Israel and other jurisdictions in which offering of the Prize Draw would violate applicable law, rule or regulation and any country that is subject to an embargo of the United States government (“Excluded Territories”) are excluded from entering.

8. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit. Illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail or entries or for problems downloading web site forms, malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software, or other problems relating to web site entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired.

9. The Prize Draw is not open to employees or family members of Aon UK Limited, its subsidiaries or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the Prize Draw.

10. If due to unforeseen circumstances a prize (or part of it) is not available, the Sponsor reserves its right to provide alternative prizes of approximately equivalent or greater value at its discretion.

11. Six (6) winners will be selected in a random drawing on or around March 1, 2019 in the United Kingdom at Aon’s corporate offices. . The winning entries will be chosen at random by an independent adjudicator. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to the Prize Draw. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

12. The winners will be notified personally by email no later than April 1, 2019. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of first attempt by Sponsor to contact the winner, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected through random drawing from the remaining eligible participants. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability. If a winner does not return the required document(s) on time, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected through random drawing from the remaining eligible participants.

13. The decision of the Sponsor is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the Sponsor to contact the winner or, if in the Sponsor’s reasonable opinion, awarding the prize to the winner may conflict with the Sponsor’s Anti-Corruption Policy, Code of Business Conduct or any applicable anti-corruption laws, or the winner is ineligible, the prize will no longer be available to that individual without any liability to the Sponsor and a new winner may be chosen at random from among the remaining eligible entries.

15. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Sponsor limits all liability arising under statute, breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for costs, charges or expenses, claims, damages and losses incurred in or connected with the use of the prize, or the winner’s inability to utilise the prize, to $350. Entrants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor, and its affiliates and each of their parent companies, respective officers, directors, managers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, agents, members, shareholders, insurers, servants, guests, divisions, predecessors, successsorts, representatives, assigns, attorneys, dealers, distributors, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agendies (collectively, “Released Parties”) do not, save to the extent expressly prohibited by law, have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for: (a); unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Prize Draw; (b) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Prize Draw or the processing of entries; (c) any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with the prizes provided pursuant to this Prize Draw and/or any person’s participating in the Prize Draw; (d) any printing or typographical errors in any Prize Draw-related materials; (e) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, damaged or indecipherable entries; or (f) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, mobile device, cable, network, hardware or software (if applicable). Your statutory rights are not affected.

16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. Except as provided above, in relation to all Participants and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor limits all liability arising under statute, breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for costs, charges or expenses, claims, damages and losses incurred in or connected the this Prize Draw to $100. Participants agree to release Sponsor and its agents and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage arising out of their participation in this sweepstakes or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize.

17. Any information collected from this Prize Draw, including without limitation participants’ personally identifiable information and personal data, shall be used only in a manner consistent with the Sponsor’s Online Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.grms2018.aon.com

18. This Prize Draw is governed in accordance with English law. The Sponsor and all Participants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. By taking part you are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms. The Prize Draw is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
