Jackie Gilmore named Chief Commercial Officer for Aon Ireland and Head of Talent Advisory Solutions for the UK, alongside three senior appointments to enhance capabilities

DUBLIN, 06 October 2025 - Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, has announced the appointment of Jackie Gilmore as Chief Commercial Officer for Aon Ireland and Head of Talent Advisory Solutions for the UK, alongside three senior additions to its Ireland leadership team. These appointments reinforce Aon’s commitment to helping clients navigate today’s complex risk and people landscape.

Previously serving as Consulting Partner and Head of People Consulting in EY Ireland, Jackie brings over 25 years of experience in numerous executive and commercial leadership roles where she has consulted extensively with Boards and CxO’s on organisation transformation and talent, M&A integration, change management and across regulatory risk programmes. Jackie’s appointment signals Aon’s intent to scale its talent advisory capabilities across the UK and Ireland.

In addition to Jackie’s appointment, Aon Ireland continues to enhance its advisory capabilities in areas of strategic interest and growth. Kate Fitzpatrick is appointed Aon Ireland’s Head of Aviation, joining from AerCap. Aon established its aviation division in Ireland in July 2024, focusing on tailored insurance and risk advisory solutions for airlines, leasing companies, and aviation operators. Kate brings almost two decades of specialist expertise in aviation insurance and leasing to Aon’s growing risk advisory capabilities.

Lesley Cullen becomes Head of Pensions Administration in Ireland. Lesley has spent over two decades working in the much more mature Australian superannuation industry, focusing on operational rigour and risk management to deliver excellence of customer service for individual retirement savers. Having led large teams through transformation, governance, and digital change, Lesley’s appointment will strengthen Aon’s operational delivery and client service in the pensions space.

In addition, Anne Phelan joins as Rewards and People Advisory Director. With a career spanning over 20 years, Anne’s depth of expertise enhances Aon’s pay transparency and total rewards consulting offering to help clients protect and grow their workforces. Anne’s appointment serves to further scale Aon’s talent advisory capabilities to support organisations’ people challenges.

These appointments reflect Aon’s strategic focus on expanding its advisory capabilities across talent, risk, and operational excellence. Each leader brings sectoral expertise and a client-focused approach to helping organisations build resilience and unlock growth.

Rachael Ingle, CEO of Aon Ireland: Jackie’s appointment is a fantastic example of the international collaboration that defines how we serve Aon’s clients - bringing together talent and insight from across markets to deliver exceptional outcomes. The Leadership team and I are equally thrilled to welcome Kate, Lesley, and Anne, whose deep expertise in key areas further strengthens our ability to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Together, these appointments reflect our commitment to investing in people who drive impact.
