Stéphane Lespérance appointed President of Commercial Risk and Health in Canada
Stéphane Lespérance recently stepped into the role of President, Commercial Risk and Health in Canada. Stéphane succeeds Christine Lithgow, who is retiring after 35 years with Aon, the last eight as President and CEO of Commercial Risk and Health.
“We are fortunate to have someone of Stéphane’s caliber and experience leading Aon’s Commercial Risk and Health Solutions in Canada,” said Christine. “With exciting opportunities on the horizon, renewed leadership will help our clients minimize volatility and maximize performance.”
Stéphane will work hand-in-hand with Aon’s retirement, investment, and reinsurance solutions to help clients address emerging risks, such as an aging workforce and severe weather events. Building on his extensive experience working with Canadian organizations, Stéphane will work with Aon’s dynamic team to deliver leading edge risk and health solutions.
“I’m excited to begin a new chapter, building on the phenomenal infrastructure Christine worked so hard to build,” said Stéphane. “The need to manage volatility is greater than ever, and I look forward to helping Canadian organizations succeed today, and in the future.”
Stéphane has held management roles with Aon for the last 18 years. Outside of his work with Aon, Stéphane is a competitive triathlete and enjoys spending time with his family.
