covid-19: Business continuity
Dear clients, colleagues and friends,
In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic declared by the World Health Organisation and the pronouncements of the government bodies in Austria and Switzerland designed to protect the population, we would like to update you on Aon’s response to the public health situation in both countries.
Our priority is to reduce the risk of infection for our clients and employees. To this end, we have implemented a number of measures accordingly.
Our offices are closed to visitors and non-operational staff, our client service, finance and other non-operational teams are all working remotely from home, international and national travel as well as the participation in internal & external conferences and events has been cancelled for the time being. We have asked our employees to replace meetings with telephone and video conferences.
Dedicated to maintaining a high level of broking and consulting service in these challenging times, our staff are fully prepared and equipped to work remotely which means that physical mail may cause certain delay in response and over the last days we have been experiencing very busy telephone lines why we kindly ask you to contact us by electronic mail whenever possible.
We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you informed of any further developments.
With best regards,
Aon Switzerland Ltd
