Bill is the Managing Director of Aon’s captive office in Burlington, Vermont. He is a member of Aon’s global captive leadership group that sets global strategy around growth, operations, talent and compliance. In addition to his management responsibilities, Bill acts as a senior advisor to several large captives as well as assisting new clients in evaluating and implementing captive programs.
Bill has over 20 years’ experience in senior financial positions, with the last 15 in the captive insurance industry. Bill joined Aon’s Bermuda captive office in 1998. He then held the position of Managing Director - Captive Service Centers in Montreal, Canada and Bangalore, India. Since 2011 he has been responsible for the operations of Aon’s captive office in Burlington, Vermont. In his 20+ years of experience, Bill has developed extensive expertise within the captive industry. As an advisor to clients, he helps them optimize captive programs and maximize value. Bill serves as an Officer and Director for a number of captive insurance company clients.
