As Executive Vice President and Head of Captive Management, Dawn is responsible for the overall leadership of the Captive Management practice in Bermuda. This involves directing a team of accountants and support staff to ensure that every client views Aon as a trusted business partner and receives superior value and personal service.
In addition, Dawn provides technical review and support to the team. Dawn also acts as the primary Relationship Leader on a variety of large and complex captives.
Dawn has worked in the insurance industry, with a focus on captive management, for many years, over thirty of which have been with Aon. Dawn most recently served as Senior Vice President in the Captive Management practice.
Dawn Simons, a Bermudian, is a graduate of Kean College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree in management.
