Sophie graduated from Solvay Business School in Brussels and began her career with a local captive management company in 1993.
After working in the accounting and tax department, she headed the development and consulting team, with responsibility for feasibility studies, implantation of new captives, change in business plans and other special projects.
Sophie has over 20 years’ experience in captive management and is a multilingual client relationship manager, with an excellent knowledge of reinsurance, tax, regulatory, legal and accounting issues.
In 2007, she joined Aon’s Captive & Insurance Management in Luxembourg as a Business Development Manager. Sophie speaks French, Dutch, English and Italian.
