Suzanna Pace is a Senior Manager, Insurance, at Aon in Malta reporting to the Managing Director. She joined the team in August 2019.
Suzanna comes from a strong insurance broking background and recently completed a Certificate in Principles of Insurance Regulation and Supervision locally. In her role with Aon Malta, she is supported by the rest of the management team locally together with Aon’s Group Compliance Team based in Dublin.
Suzanna began her professional career as a student, within the Personal Lines department at MAPFRE Middlesea Insurance Plc. Towards the end of 2007, she was employed full-time in the Motor Department. She then moved into the insurance broking industry where she actively worked as an Insurance Broker with Elmo Insurance Brokers Ltd focusing mainly on Personal Lines, Professional Indemnity, Group Life and Group Health Insurance Policies. In 2014, she was promoted to Senior Insurance Broker with MelitaUnipol Insurance Brokers Limited and was responsible for overseeing business activities in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines.
Suzanna was recognised as the best performing student in 2014 under the Advanced Applied Insurance Studies Diploma undertaken at the Malta Insurance Training Centre. Her academic background consists of an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Masters in Law (specialising in insurance) from the University of London. Due to her wealth of knowledge and experience in insurance she also attained Chartered Insurance Broker Status.
