Vincent is the Regional Managing Director for EMEA and sits on the global leadership team of both Aon’s Captive & Insurance Management & Aon’s Global Risk Consulting. Based in Ireland, he also heads up the Dublin office’s captive operations.
Vincent has been with Aon for more than 12 years and has over 20 years’ insurance experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, and has successfully completed the Certificate and Diploma stages of the Chartered Directors programme (Institute of Directors).
Vincent is a member of Aon’s Captive & Insurance Management Risk Committee and holds a number of senior client service positions, including client (re)insurance company board membership, across the financial services, food, agriculture & beverage and life sciences sectors.
Vincent is also the Executive Sponsor of the Global Risk Consulting Life Science Practice Group, focused on bringing the best of Aon to life science sector clients.
Prior to Vincent’s current role he has held a number of senior positions within Aon, including Chief Commercial Officer of Aon’s Captive & Insurance Management globally, Executive sponsor for the business’s insurance-linked securities activities, Global Managing Director of Aon’s White Rock Group of Protected and Incorporated Cell Companies, the Run-off and Finality solutions practice group. He was also co-lead of our Solvency II Steering Group.
