Engagement and Wellbeing

Delivering better decisions through engagement and wellbeing.

We believe engaged teams create better insights and solutions, deliver the best outcomes for clients and are vital to ensuring our long-term success.

Colleagues can achieve their professional potential when they feel a sense of belonging and are free to bring their authentic selves to work.

We are committed to promoting an engaging culture where opportunity and success are driven by capability and behavior, and where our operations reflect the clients, colleagues and communities we serve around the world.

Colleague wellbeing is a cornerstone and strong value at Aon. Colleagues are supported with wellbeing initiatives and resources.

Our Commitment to Engagement and Wellbeing

We’ve embedded a commitment throughout our organization, starting at the top with our Board of Directors’ People and Wellbeing Sub-Committee. We lead our strategy and align leaders across our firm to work on our four pillars: education, promotion, recruitment and representation. Responsibility cascades to regional and local councils and the business resource groups. Every Aon colleague is encouraged and empowered to practice engagement on an individual level.
