Byron Beebe

Byron Beebe serves as Chief Executive Officer of Human Capital for Aon.

As CEO, Byron is responsible for driving the development of innovative solutions and further connecting the expertise of Aon’s Health, Wealth and Talent solutions to serve clients through actionable analytic insights and connected people strategies, enabling better workforce decision-making. He is also a member of the Aon Executive Committee.

Byron joined Aon in 1991 and most recently served as Global Chief Commercial Officer for Human Capital, playing a pivotal and strategic role in shaping Aon’s integrated value proposition that differentiates the firm in the market, specifically enhancing Aon’s total rewards strategies and the employee experience as they interact with company-provided reward programs.

In addition to serving clients, and with considerable expertise in the retirement industry, he has contributed to Aon’s thought leadership in retirement plan design, pension risk management, executive benefits and defined contribution plans. He also played a crucial role in helping Aon launch its Delegated Pension Manager and Pooled Employer Plan solutions.

Byron earned a B.A. in mathematics from Wabash College and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and an Enrolled Actuary (EA).
