Christine Williams Profile

Christine Williams is Co-Head for Aon U.S. and a member of Aon’s Executive Committee. She jointly leads the country with specific responsibility for the Northeast and Midwest regions, working with her Co-Region counterpart and Aon’s North America leadership to drive the firm’s U.S. growth strategy and deliver the latest data, insights and expertise to clients.

Christine brings more than two decades of experience across Aon, having held a range of senior leadership roles in both the United States and internationally in London. Prior to her current role, she served as Northeast Region Leader, where she was responsible for driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and delivering integrated solutions across Aon’s Risk and Human Capital capabilities.

Christine joined Aon in 2002 and has developed deep expertise across a broad range of risk capital solutions, including directors’ and officers’ liability, professional liability, employment practices liability, cyber, transactional liability, credit solutions, and property and casualty. Earlier in her career, she worked in asset management at Citigroup.

She is actively involved in advancing talent and inclusion across the industry, including as co-founder of The Bridge, a nonprofit focused on supporting and mentoring women in insurance, and as a member of Aon’s North America Inclusive Leadership Council.

Christine holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from St. John’s University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Le Moyne College.
