Lori Goltermann Profile

Lori Goltermann serves as Vice Chair at Aon, responsible for building capital solutions and helping clients develop risk and talent strategies to deliver sustainable growth and navigate technology disruption, workforce shifts, regulatory change and evolving market dynamics. She is a member of Aon’s Executive Committee and Executive Sponsor for the firm’s Global Inclusion and Wellbeing Leadership Council.

Throughout her three decades in the industry, Lori has served the firm in numerous executive roles. Most recently, as CEO of North America and Global Regions, Lori led 25,000 colleagues and oversaw the strategic management of the firm’s P&Ls and delivery of Risk Capital and Human Capital capabilities and content to drive differentiated value and outcomes across client segments, globally. Prior to that, Lori served as CEO of Aon’s Enterprise Client Group, where she built a global team of the firm’s most senior and sophisticated client leaders to serve our largest and most complex global clients.

Lori has also served as CEO of Aon’s U.S. Commercial Risk and Health Solutions businesses, as well as led Aon’s Client Service team, and the firm’s Private Equity Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.

Throughout her career, Lori has been recognized for building and leading teams to deliver profitable growth while scaling investment decisions and innovation. She has been named as an Insurance Business Global 100 Leader, Insurance Woman of the Year, and Katie School Hall of Fame Honoree.

Lori is a graduate of Washington University. She is a member of the Chicago Network and serves on the board of TurningPoint, an organization that aims to make it easier for everyone to access better, safer and more affordable care – helping health plans, providers and patients navigate value-based care for nearly a decade.
