This survey is designed for health system decision makers, including individuals with the following titles: CHRO, VP of HR or senior HR/benefits associates. We recommend having a benefits associate review the questions and pre-fill responses in the pdf and review with a senior leader to ensure accuracy of the organization’s strategy.
In most cases, the Strategy Questionnaire takes approximately 60-90 minutes to complete. However, some participants will take longer to complete it based on their organization’s practices. It will be most efficient to review the questions linked above first to ensure you have all of the responses ready to input in the questionnaire.
We recommend you aim to complete this questionnaire in one session. You can download the pdf of this questionnaire to prepare information in advance to answer these survey questions, and to ensure your time spent on completing the survey questionnaire is efficient and expedited. If you leave this questionnaire and come back, it will open back to the question you left off on when you open in the same browser (unless your organization's browser policies clear the cache).
