Alejandro Galizia

Chief Executive Officer, Latin America

Alejandro Galizia most recently served as CEO, Latin America for Aon's Commercial Risk, Health, Retirement, and Data & Analytics, responsible for driving growth and delivering Aon United across geographies and solution lines.

Previously he was CEO of Aon Benfield Latin America where he led the company’s growth strategy in the region, driving operational efficiencies and developing talent. During his career at Aon, Alejandro has held different positions, including Deputy Chairman of Aon Re Latam and CEO South Region where he was responsible for business development, top line growth, and operational efficiency enhancement. He began his career underwriting and developing corporate clients in Argentina. In 1994 he joined Reinsur (Reinsurance Broker representative of Bain Hogg), which was acquired by Aon in 1998.

Alejandro is a graduate of IAE Business School. He enjoys family, community service, friends and rugby, having served as president of a local Rugby Club as well as a school board.
