Alejandro Galizia

Alejandro Galizia serves as Chair of Latin America for Aon, a position he has held since July 1, 2026. In this role, he supports the regional leadership team to ensure the continuity of the company’s strategy and the delivery of differentiated value to clients across the region. Previously, he served as CEO of Latin America for Aon.

Throughout his more than 25 years with the firm, Alejandro has held numerous executive leadership roles. Most recently, as CEO of Latin America for Aon, he oversaw the strategic management of Aon’s solution lines, leading a high-performing team to deliver outcomes for clients across diverse geographies.

Prior to that, Alejandro served as CEO of Aon Reinsurance Latam. Throughout his tenure in these regional leadership positions, he was recognized for driving operational efficiencies, developing top talent and focusing on business development to accelerate top-line growth. He began his career underwriting corporate clients before joining Reinsure, which was acquired by Aon in 1998.

Alejandro is a graduate of IAE Business School. Outside of his executive career, he is active in community service and has served as president of a local rugby club and on a school board.
