Leslie Follmer
Head of Investor Relations and Environmental, Social and Governance
Leslie Follmer serves as the Head of Investor Relations and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) for Aon.
In her role, she works closely with the investment community to help them understand the Aon United growth strategy and how the firm is delivering value to clients. In 2021, her role grew to include oversight of the firm’s ESG strategy.
Leslie joined Aon in 2009 and previously served as Chief of Staff to Christa Davies, Aon’s CFO. In her role, she helped execute strategic key initiatives such as the divestiture of our outsourcing business (now called Alight) and the firm’s Finance Operating Model. While at Aon, she has also worked in Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasury.
Prior to joining Aon, Leslie worked for the Boston Consulting Group, a global management consulting firm. Leslie is a graduate of University of Notre Dame where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Theoretical Mathematics.
