2. Validate Your Content (Required)

These prompts help you check and score your content against clear, pre-defined digital criteria. FAQs

Quick answers to common questions about using the hub. For further requests, contact us at digitalprojects@aon.com.

  • Do I have to use this service for all my content?

For Aon.com projects, you’ll need a validation score above 70 before submitting. For other channels, using the service is strongly recommended but not currently mandatory—it’s there to support you, not slow you down.

  • Is this tool replacing my role as a content creator?

No. The tool provides checks and suggestions based on agreed standards, but you remain fully responsible for the ideas, decisions, and final wording. It’s an assistant, not a replacement.

  • How should I use the “Prepare and adapt your content” step?

Use it when you want help tailoring your content to a specific audience, channel, or format. Upload or paste your draft, choose your criteria, then review and edit the suggested version so it reflects your judgement and expertise.

  • What does the validation score mean, and why is 70 the threshold?

The score reflects how closely your content aligns with Aon’s digital criteria (e.g., clarity, accuracy, structure, brand fit). A score above 70 indicates your content meets the minimum standard needed for Aon.com publication.

  • What if I disagree with the feedback or can’t reach a score above 70?

You can always override or ignore individual suggestions—the feedback is guidance, not a rulebook. If you’re struggling to reach 70, refine the content using the suggestions, and if needed, discuss with your project lead or content owner for further support.

  • What can I do if the prompt doesn’t work as expected?

If the prompt in AonGPT isn’t working or the results don’t look right, try the following:

    • Check your input: Make sure you’ve pasted the full content using the approved template.
    • Retry the prompt: Occasionally, re‑running the same prompt or slightly rephrasing your request can resolve issues.
    • Look for error messages: If AonGPT shows an error, follow any on‑screen guidance first.
    • Ask for help: If problems persist, contact the Aon.com team or your local digital/marketing support so they can review the issue and advise on next steps.
