Event Details

Aon’s M&A and Transaction Solutions Symposium returns for its eighth year. We are excited for you to join us in California where we will share strategic insights, industry trends and innovative deal and business risk management tools for M&A leaders.

Led by industry experts, sessions will explore wide ranging topics across M&A, deal risk strategies. We will dive into best practices that help drive transaction outcomes. This year’s agenda includes a look at the changing M&A landscape, the expanding use of insurance capital to address complex deal, financial, tax and litigation risks, a deep dive into Aon’s claims activity and a look at risk in different types of transaction structures.
