European Top Executive Survey

Intense focus goes into executive compensation planning each year; we provide the support and insights you need to make the right compensation decisions.

European Top Executive Survey (ETES) provides total reward analysis for top executive positions based in Europe and is provided alongside our country-specific reports. We understand that the key markets face differing compensation issues, whilst needing to consider the wider influence of the European market. ETES reports help to meet these needs, providing reference points and compensation commentary.

Our survey report provides a total reward analysis of 68 jobs, from Chief Executives down to the next five levels of management, on an all company, pan-European basis across 32 countries. In 2018, the survey included data for 10,800 incumbents from over 400 participating companies, both local European headquartered companies and multinational companies with executives based in Europe. It is supplemented by country-specific reports – Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Switzerland, United Kingdom (Executive Total Reward Survey).
