1) Missing Buttons and Drop Down Issues!

There are reported intermittent issues with Aon Connect regarding missing buttons or malfunctioning drop down lists. These issues can be resolved by clearing your browser cache. Please press ctrl+f5 in your internet browsers on Windows, or command+shift+R in your internet browsers on a Mac to clear browser cache.

2) Report Pre-Filtering

Effective August 14th for users who have the roles of Aon Sales Target Manager or a Sales Operations role, some of your user reporting attributes will be used to pre-set filters in reports for you. To learn more about which reporting attributes will be used, refer to the Aon Connections released on August 14th!

3) Mobile Has Arrived - Get it Now!

The mobile app is ready for download and use. If you have not already downloaded the mobile app, please do so. See the Aon Connections bulletin on the carousel on the right panel for detailed instructions.

Global Parent Account Identified

You can now easily determine which account is the Global Parent Account within an account hierarchy. From the account search page a new column has been added called Global Parent Account. The account that sits at the top of the account hierarchy will have a Yes in that column. Please note - it is possible for one account hierarchy to have 2 (and sometimes more) Global Parent Accounts identified. It is based on how the company registers its entities with Dunn & Bradstreet, and in some cases, companies register with more than one global parent.


Request a Profiler License to Gauge Your Contact's Interest

Aon Connect has a unique feature, called Profiler, that allows licensed users to view contact activity information via the Aon Connect contact record.

Profiler can show you a graphical representation of the contact's digital interactions with Aon over time. There is a breakdown of the contact's activities including email sends, email opens, email clicks, web page visits, form submissions and external activities. It also provides a preview of the email content that was sent to the contact.


In addition to accessing Profiler from within Aon Connect, you can also add an extension to your Chrome browser for additional functionality directly from a company's webpage. This allows you to go to any website and see if Aon has any of that company's contacts in our marketing or sales databases, and if we do, you can see all of that contact's activity.
