Risk to Resilience and Growth

Aon at Davos. Helping leaders navigate complexity and uncover opportunity.

Aon at Davos: A Spirit of Dialogue and Renewed Cooperation

At Davos 2026, Aon will engage clients and partners on how dynamic forces across society, geopolitics, and financial markets are redefining risk and opportunity. Our sessions are designed to deepen partnerships and surface actionable frameworks for collaboration and support the journey from risk to resilience to growth.

  1. Strengthening Global Resilience: Amid geopolitical shifts and economic volatility, Aon will spotlight how integrated risk strategies—across the megatrends of Trade, Technology, Weather and Workforce—can bolster organizational resilience and deliver sustainable growth. We will reimagine humanitarian financing and consider the opportunities to reduce the volatility of forced migration.
  2. Investing in People and Inclusive Futures: Echoing the WEF’s commitment to human capital, Aon will spotlight frameworks for workforce resilience—exploring not only how organizations can protect and develop early-career talent in an AI-driven economy but how employer-sponsored access to GLP-1–based care is improving population health outcomes. Both will empower organizations to thrive over the long term.
  3. Energy Transition and Infrastructure Resilience: Data centers have become essential infrastructure supporting the rapid development of AI, the digital economy and global financial markets. The escalating demand for AI and cloud computing, is reshaping physical infrastructure and intensifying risk exposures. We will provide insights on how to proactively manage risk throughout the data center lifecycle and why this should be a strategic imperative for stakeholders
  4. Introducing an Innovative Approach to Assessing Resilience: Aon's Resilience Quotient is a tool designed to enhance understanding in the face of greater geopolitical and economic volatility. The tool enables organizations to assess resilience across their operations, sectors and geographies and make better decisions around investment, workforce, societal stability and growth.
