Andy Weitz Profile

Andy Weitz serves as global Chief Marketing Officer for Aon, with responsibility for the firm’s global brand and marketing and communications strategy.

Andy has served as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and boards at many of the world’s largest companies as they have navigated high-profile crises and provided counsel to leading brands on market positioning and reputation management.

Prior to joining Aon in 2014, he was U.S. President and Chief Executive Officer of Hill+Knowlton Strategies, a leading global strategic communications consultancy in the WPP portfolio. While there, he also served as Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. region and as Vice-Chair of the Corporate Advisory Practice, which included the financial, internal and corporate communications practices, as well as the public affairs capabilities of the global firm.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California and a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
